Dr. Jasmin Walch, LL.M., combines many years of experience as a Princely judge at the Princely Court of Liechtenstein with extensive expertise in business law. As a former judge in civil and criminal matters, she possesses in-depth knowledge of civil law, criminal law and procedural law.

Complemented by having the full fiduciary admission as well as by further professional training and publications both in the field of business law, she advises her clients in a holistic, forward-looking and interdisciplinary manner.

Her main areas of practice include commercial, corporate, and foundation law, succession planning and asset protection, as well as contract and real estate law. In addition, she represents her clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
